- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add halved baby potatoes and pour in chicken broth.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow the pot to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dish and serve hot.
