Description

A comforting and quick dish combining tender chicken and fluffy potatoes, seasoned with ranch for a flavorful family meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  3. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add halved baby potatoes and pour in chicken broth.
  5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow the pot to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dish and serve hot.
