Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 8 oz green chocolate melts or white chocolate dyed green
  • Holiday sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and Irish cream liqueur, mixing until well blended.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt green chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Before chocolate sets, decorate with holiday sprinkles.
