Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger; cook for 3-5 minutes until incorporated.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
