Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully add the ground chicken to the skillet. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sriracha, mixing everything well.
- Toss in the chopped bell pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm inside lettuce leaves, garnished with sliced green onions.
