Comforting and bright Mediterranean Chicken Wraps filled with savory chicken, crisp vegetables, and cool tzatziki.
Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
- 2 cups Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Whole wheat wraps
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional: Garlic powder, lemon, dried oregano or thyme
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder or oregano.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and let it warm until fragrant.
- Place the chicken in the hot pan and sear for 4 to 6 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a plate and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Lay a whole wheat wrap on a clean surface and layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and warm chicken strips.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top, roll tightly, and slice in half to serve.
Notes
Assemble wraps just before serving to maintain crispness. Customize with different proteins or vegetables as desired.
