- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white or dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or chocolate drizzle for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos using a food processor or a rolling pin in a sealed bag until fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or freeze for 15 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and use a fork to lift them out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or drizzle with extra chocolate before the coating sets.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve and enjoy!
