A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy white chocolate with zesty lemon for a refreshing treat.

- 2 cups white baking chips
- 8 oz white almond bark
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, divided
Instructions
- Prepare an 8″x8″ square pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Fill the bottom part of a double boiler with water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- In the top part of the double boiler, combine the white baking chips, white almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
- Stir continuously over medium heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the lemon juice and half of the lemon zest.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining lemon zest on top.
- Cover loosely and let it cool at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours or in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours until set.
