No Bake Easy Lemon Fudge

Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy white chocolate with zesty lemon for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white baking chips
  • 8 oz white almond bark
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8″x8″ square pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Fill the bottom part of a double boiler with water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  3. In the top part of the double boiler, combine the white baking chips, white almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
  4. Stir continuously over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in the lemon juice and half of the lemon zest.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining lemon zest on top.
  8. Cover loosely and let it cool at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours or in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours until set.
