Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- Additional crushed Oreo cookies or chocolate sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- Add the softened cream cheese and mint extract to the processor and blend until fully combined.
- Scoop out small portions (~1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place rolled truffles on it. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Roll each coated truffle in crushed Oreos or sprinkles, then return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Use a cookie scoop for uniform size truffles.
