Description

Delightful no-bake truffles combining rich chocolate, crunchy Oreos, and refreshing mint for a perfect treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Additional crushed Oreo cookies or chocolate sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mint extract to the processor and blend until fully combined.
  3. Scoop out small portions (~1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place rolled truffles on it. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Roll each coated truffle in crushed Oreos or sprinkles, then return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Chill the truffles again for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Use a cookie scoop for uniform size truffles.
