Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well until creamy.
- Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the wraps seam-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the wraps from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Great for using leftover chicken and can be frozen before cooking for later use.
