  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (like penne or shells)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for a few minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
