Description

Delicious bites of creamy Brie cheese coated in a crunchy pistachio crust, drizzled with a sweet raspberry honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz / 225 g), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios (60 g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1216 mini phyllo cups or crackers
  • Raspberry honey glaze (ingredients vary)
  • Pinch of fine sea salt (optional, to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed pistachios and olive oil to create a paste.
  3. Take each cube of Brie cheese and coat it with the pistachio mixture.
  4. Place the coated Brie bites into the mini phyllo cups or onto the crackers.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pistachios are golden.
  6. Drizzle raspberry honey glaze over the warm Brie bites before serving.

Notes

Keep the Brie chilled until ready to cut for neat cubes. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
