Instructions

  3. Add the diced potatoes and vegetable broth, bringing to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Puree the soup with an immersion blender until creamy and smooth.
