Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Pretzel crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place pretzel crumbs in a shallow dish.
  4. In another dish, beat the egg until frothy.
  5. In a third dish, add flour.
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  7. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour.
  8. Dip the flour-coated chicken into the beaten egg.
  9. Roll the chicken in the pretzel crumbs.
  10. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Melt cheddar cheese with mustard in a saucepan until smooth.
  13. Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled on top.
