Description

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt; mix until well combined.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and melted butter until lukewarm, then add to the dry ingredients along with the egg.
- Stir until a dough begins to form, then knead gently for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with cinnamon, and scatter raspberries.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice for the glaze, and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
