Description

Delightful layered dessert with flaky puff pastry, whipped cream, and fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets to 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut rolled pastry into rectangular shapes, roughly 3 inches by 6 inches.
  4. Place cut pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  7. Once cooled, slice each pastry in half horizontally.
  8. On the bottom half, layer whipped cream and then fresh raspberries.
  9. Top with the other half of the pastry and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Chill your tools for whipping cream, and keep puff pastry cold for best results.
