- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Chocolate chips or melted chocolate for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, unwrap the cheeseball and coat in melted chocolate.
- Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Experiment with different nut butters or chocolate coatings for variations.
