- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 oz unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup melted vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup Ghirardelli green chips
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, stirring until completely liquid and bubbling softly.
- Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the melted vanilla ice cream until silky and smooth.
- Fold in the Ghirardelli green chips evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle shamrock sprinkles on top before it sets.
- Allow to cool and set completely before cutting into squares.
