Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- On the prepared sheet pan, combine chicken, bell pepper, and onion in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred, checking that chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
