- 4 cups roasted sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the roasted sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in maple syrup, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans with melted butter and flour, then sprinkle over the marshmallows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
