  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the roasted sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans with melted butter and flour, then sprinkle over the marshmallows.
