- ½ lb Imitation Crab
- ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Masago
- 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
- 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Rice (enough to make a base layer)
- Sushi Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Furikake for sprinkling
- Sesame oil for a drizzle if desired
- Nori sheets or crispy seaweed for serving
Instructions
- Cook your rice according to package instructions and mix in the Sushi Seasoning once cooled slightly.
- Spread the seasoned sushi rice evenly in a baking dish and compact it gently.
- Layer masago and sprinkle furikake over the rice.
- Spread the creamy crab mixture on one side and the spiced tuna mixture on the other side of the dish.
- Drizzle Japanese mayo and add more furikake on top.
- Preheat the broiler and broil the dish for 3-5 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.
- Serve directly from the baking dish with crispy seaweed on the side.
Notes
For variations, try adding diced cucumber and avocado, or for a low-carb option, serve over cauliflower rice.
