- 12 manicotti pasta tubes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the manicotti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each manicotti tube with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed manicotti in the dish and cover with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add proteins or swap sauces based on your preference. You can assemble ahead and refrigerate.
