Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy mixture of spinach and artichokes, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.
Ingredients

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Generously spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form cups.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the filling mixture into each wonton cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, but can be refrigerated and reheated for later.
