Description

Crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy mixture of spinach and artichokes, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the filling mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, but can be refrigerated and reheated for later.
