- 2 cups sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press 1 cup of sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to create a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate sour cream, flour, and salt into the mixture until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Form small balls from the remaining sugar cookie dough and scatter them on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
