Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Press 1 cup of sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan to create a crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Incorporate sour cream, flour, and salt into the mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Form small balls from the remaining sugar cookie dough and scatter them on top.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  10. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
