Instructions

  4. Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and gently knead until smooth.
  5. Shape the Gnocchi: Roll dough into ropes, cut into small pieces, and use a fork to create ridges if desired.
  6. Cook the Gnocchi: Boil salted water and drop gnocchi in batches. When they float, let them cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before removing.
