Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
