- 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes, until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Let the bars cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
- Top with whipped cream, marshmallow fluff, or chopped pecans if desired.
