  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or a small pat of butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
