Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- To assemble, divide rice among bowls. Top with the chicken mixture, lettuce, cheese, avocado, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
