- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Slice the garlic bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the cooked taco mixture evenly over the cut side of the garlic bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
- Add the diced tomatoes and black olives.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, top with sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro.
