  • 23 Thai chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped Thai chilies to the hot oil and stir for about 30 seconds.
  3. Carefully add the sliced chicken and cook until it loses its pink color, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
