- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 Thai chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped Thai chilies to the hot oil and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Carefully add the sliced chicken and cook until it loses its pink color, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add fresh basil leaves and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, just until wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
