Instructions
- Whisk the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar (or honey), and rice wine vinegar until smooth. Adjust the consistency with warm water as needed.
- Cook the chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
- Prep the veggies: Wash and slice the veggies into thin strips.
- Assemble the base: Lay wraps flat and spread peanut sauce down the center.
