- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in dried basil and oregano; mix well.
- Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles, cooking until al dente, about 10 minutes.
