Description

A simple, wholesome bread made with Greek yogurt, almond flour, and coconut flour, offering a soft, tangy crumb that’s perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For additional flavor, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil or melted butter, garlic powder, herbs, or sweeteners as desired.
