- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Chicken sausages
- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 2 Sausages, chopped
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables
- 1 cup Tortellini
- 2 cups Ranch slaw
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 cups Noodles
- 1 lb Beef, cubed
- 1 cup Cheese, grated
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled
- 2 Peppers, chopped
- 2 Pita breads
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken breasts, sausages, and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté the chicken in your skillet until it’s golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the sausages and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to brown.
- Incorporate cherry tomatoes and broccoli into the pan, stirring well to combine.
- Pour in the balsamic glaze and cream, mixing thoroughly to create a rich, flavorful sauce.
- Add orzo pasta and broth (or water) to the pan, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for 10-15 minutes until the orzo is fully cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve hot, enjoying it fresh from the pan with your family.
