  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Chicken sausages
  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Sausages, chopped
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Tortellini
  • 2 cups Ranch slaw
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Noodles
  • 1 lb Beef, cubed
  • 1 cup Cheese, grated
  • 2 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled
  • 2 Peppers, chopped
  • 2 Pita breads
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken breasts, sausages, and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sauté the chicken in your skillet until it’s golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the sausages and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until they start to brown.
  5. Incorporate cherry tomatoes and broccoli into the pan, stirring well to combine.
  6. Pour in the balsamic glaze and cream, mixing thoroughly to create a rich, flavorful sauce.
  7. Add orzo pasta and broth (or water) to the pan, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  8. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 10-15 minutes until the orzo is fully cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  9. Finish with a squeeze of lime and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  10. Serve hot, enjoying it fresh from the pan with your family.
