  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between cookies.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
