- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking for better consistency. Store cookies in an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep them soft.
