- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Coat the chicken breasts in Caesar dressing thoroughly. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Press this mixture firmly onto each chicken breast on all sides.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken for extra crispness. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–22 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- While the chicken bakes, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, letting it simmer gently for 2 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth, then mix in the remaining grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until the sauce thickens and is glossy.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce, ensuring every strand is well-coated.
- Slice the baked Caesar chicken and arrange it beautifully over the creamy spaghetti.
- Finish with a sprinkle of crouton crumbles and fresh parsley. Serve alongside lemon wedges for a fresh pop of flavor.
Notes
