- 1 lb cajun seasoned chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the cajun chicken until golden brown.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For extra spice, add more cajun seasoning to taste.
