- Form the dough into a log shape and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
- Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to firm up the dough.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) about 10-15 minutes before you are ready to bake.
- Slice the chilled dough into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
