- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into rounds
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika in a dish. Marinate the flank steak for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour balsamic vinegar and honey into a saucepan; reduce over medium heat until thickened.
- Toss tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Let sit to enhance juiciness.
- Heat grill until hot; grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Transfer to a cutting board to rest before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Layer sliced steak with mozzarella, topped with caramelized tomatoes and basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Serve immediately.
