Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (any shape)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add the cooked pasta and provolone cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
