- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried or fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the stuffing mix, cooked turkey, chopped cranberries, diced onion, diced celery, chicken broth, and beaten egg in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing to ensure tender stuffing balls. They can also be frozen for later use.
