- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate for dipping
- Red, white, and blue candy melts
- Popsicle sticks
- Star-shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain lightness.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours until firm.
- Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star shapes.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stir until smooth, and dip each cheesecake star.
- Melt the red, white, and blue candy melts and drizzle over the pops.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the cheesecake stars.
- Return to the freezer until the chocolate is set, then serve chilled.
