Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Massage marinade into chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook chicken on the grill or bake for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
