Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and measure them out. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Massage the marinade into the chicken.
- Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat (425°F for oven).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, shake off excess, and cook until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side or an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Notes
